nix: native: Downgrade gcc to 14

Use the same version as in trixie for consistency.
Also, fixes libgmp compilation:

checking compiler gcc -O2 -pedantic -fomit-frame-pointer  -I/mnt/redox/recipes/libs/libgmp/target/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/x86_64-unknown-redox/sysroot/include... no, long long reliability test 1
configure: error: could not find a working compiler, see config.log for details
redoxer env: exit status: 1
